Kylie Charleston, President Accessing Excellence - the proven brandbuilding and business growth strategy company.

Kylie is the Founder and President of Accessing Excellence, a unique business training facility that provides clients with branding concepts that can be self-implemented.  The Accessing Excellence process allows the client to strategically target their most lucrative market to strengthen their company brand and their company profits.

For over 10 years Kylie Charleston has enjoyed a successful career in Brand Marketing, Sales and Business Training, which has taken her from her homeland of Australia, across Asia-Pacific to Europe and now North America.  She has worked with some of the world’s most recognized brands such as Coca Cola, Nestlé, Sony, Hewlett Packard, Oracle, & Harrods of London.  An international career dealing with global brands has made Kylie the 'excellence professional' she is today.

Kylie is the Executive Director of Marketing for the International Coaching Federation Ottawa, Ontario chapter and is an active board member of the Canadian Professional Speakers Association.  She is also a Certified Human Behaviour Consultant on business communication.
